After 20 years of service as a firefighter, I learned the hard way that your body doesn't bounce back the same way at 50 as it did at 25. I also learned this: Strength doesn’t have an expiration date. Now, I am retired in the Dominican Republic and an avid traveler making a difference one set at a time.

As "Bombero Fuerte"—Spanish for "Strong Firefighter"—I’ve made it my mission to help men and women from 45 to over 50 get back in shape, boost their mobility, and live pain-free with confidence.
